1) Light touch work for rebalancing the body through cranial sacral work and Ortho-Bionomy®. I am trained in Cranial Sacral work through Upledger and I am a student of Ortho-Bionomy® through SOBI®. Many people who are 'stuck' in their healing process find this work helps them tremendously, bringing relaxation and decreasing pain. 2) Energy Healing and Reiki. I am a Reiki Master and I have completed 2 years of training in Spiritual Healing.
3) Tarot Card readings and Evidential Mediumship readings are available.
Tarot Card readings help you figure out what is blocking your progress in any situation and then helps you to figure out what your choices are to do next to get your flow going again and to make progress in the direction you wish to go.
Evidential Mediumship helps connect you with loved ones, family and friends and animal friends, who have passed on from this world to the next. Spirit sends me pictures, sounds and feelings which we will interpret together so that we know who we are getting and to bring messages of love, peace and healing.
4) Meditation classes are available for the beginner new to meditation, and for the more advanced who already have some background in meditations.
